Mindfulness for Better Sleep

Being able to perceive the things around you is sometimes difficult, when you did not get enough sleep or you feel anxious. Stress causes us to lie awake at night. Distractions like work and social media can prevent us from noticing our thoughts until our head hits the pillow and these racing thoughts can easily turn into anxiety.


It is important to maintain a regular, daytime, mindfulness meditation practice which will help you sleep better and have a healthy sleep routine. By allowing you to be more aware of your thoughts and to be able to let go of anxieties, mindfulness can help you sleep better.
