10 Min. Meditation & Stretching (hips & spine)

The first thing I do in the morning is meditate. Most days, I wake up stiff; after a lifetime of beating up my body. In particular, my lower back and hips give me problems. As I breathe, I move into positions that unlock those areas. Once I have loosened up, it makes it easier to continue my meditation. 30 - 40 minutes of meditation usually is enough to center myself and clarify my intent.
